Gentlemen was polite, courteous and explained everything. Asked to turn off system or elec and explained why. Showed me UV light and explained what a benefit it would be especially if we had allergies and surge protector. Agreed to both. Really needed surge protector in Florida weather.

The guys did a wonderful job on the install and the system works well. The auto switch feature we discussed with Jose did not come with the thermostat we received. We will need a thermostat that switches between heat and AC based on current temperature.
