Need did a good job

Sonny did an excellent job on the installation of our new A/C unit. He explained what was going on and thrusted both the cooling and heating functions for proper operation.

Hugo returned to check breaker on my air conditioner that he recommended previously. His promptness and arrival time was spot on and so was his re-check! Watts is the best!

AC stopped cooling, called Watts and a human answered, 6 minutes later received a call from the tech Rick. He showed up assessed problem & fixed it immediately. So thankful. Rick had taken care us this past winter too. AWESOME! Thank you Rick & Watts. UPDATE. We just had Nick Ouelette here maintaining our AC unit and he was so nice and professional and knew what he was doing. Told us that everything was good which makes us happy. I was pleased with the service and EXTRA level of professionalism from my service technician, Jose Rodriquez. He showed be before and after readings on his Klein meter and explained what it meant. Opened up the unit and explained the general workings of it and what he is looking for and why. Hats off to Jose Rodriquez: Knowledgeable, Personable, Safety Driven. Not only is he a Technician I would also call him a Teacher. I was a maintenance mechanic, and have a basic knowledge of "a lot". I knew he was giving me accurate information. Marcus was a Much better than last service tech I had in January. He got air and heat working. I feel more confident this time system is fixed. Last tech would NOT get out of my house. He kept demanding payment for a system that was less than a year old. Claimed loose wire ?, part replacement? Service plan? He would not leave. Very scary. Hopefully tech no longer works for company. Not to mention my utility bill was $280. for month. Ask for management to get ahold of me and never did.

Hugo Cotto Diaz was fast, thorough and friendly. He quickly identified the issue and then took care and patience to locate and dig out an obscured drain, cutting away roots and extending the drain to prevent future problems. He explained what he was doing and politely answered all of my questions.

Jose Rodriguez was excellent. Very professional, friendly, communicative, honest, and did top notch work. He worked efficiently, kept the work areas clean, and kept me informed about every step of the big job. I highly recommend him and will be requesting him for future maintenance needs.

The person that made my appointment was Very professional, knowledgeable and I was able to get an appointment for the same day. I love how they keep in touch during the day of your appointment. Arrival time, a picture of the person you are expecting, when they arrive, etc. Prices are reasonable and they will let you know ahead of time. The Technician (Jose) was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I Love this company!

I was having a problem with my thermostat settings. Luis was very personable, polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the thermostat scheduling, settings and set up. He explained how all the features work and how to change them. He took us through various settings several times until we were comfortable changing settings ourselves. If I need any work done in the future, I would request Luis.

Watts Air Conditioning was right on time for my appointment! The last time they were here, the tech warned me of a couple parts that needed to be replaced plus another part that was under warranty that needed replacing. He said I had a little time Since it was winter. At that time, I was given an itemized invoice email of what it would cost. It ended up being a little bit cheaper! Hugo was my tech this time and he did a really good job! Very friendly and full of information for me about the warranty, etc.. I have used Watts since the 1990s and I have never been disappointed!! And now they offer plumbing and electrical also! I’ll be keeping them in mind if I ever need that service! Thank you, Watts… You’re the best!!

Called because for the life of me, we could not figure out what was causing my mom's AC not to come on. Called Watts and spoke to Mkayla who calmed an extremely frustrating situation for me. She sent the tech out pronto and come to find out, it was the thermostat battery. Yeesh! Mom is comfortable now and I can rest knowing that Watts has it covered and trustworthy to diagnose truthfully and not take advantage of situations that could have cost me alot of money with any other company. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Marco did an excellent job of explaining the thermostat features. We had not experience a humidity indicator that would override the thermostat. Operator error , this was the same characteristics as before and we were told it was caused by an electrical surge!!! Thanks for the prompt response.

Sonny was courteous doing follow up to replace register covers fir ductwork.

We had a 20 yr old AC unit replaced. All the service men and installers did a fantastic job replacing the old unit with a new one that will lower our electric bill. Everyone was so knowledgeable and polite. They explained everything that they would do and had it done in a day. We went with watts because they have been servicing our ac for 20 yrs and kept it running without over charging us. We also believe in supporting local businesses. Thank you.

We are customers of Watts prior getting our new A/C . When it was time for a new one,
Our Sales rep Scott come out and he was professional knowledgable and very helpful explaining to us about getting a new A/C unit. When installation come our 2 technicians were Aaron and Xiavier. Very pleased of their work they answered questions my husband and I had, with a friendly professional manner. We are happy we chose Watts.

Sonny, Raymond, Scott, Jude and Tim were extremely pleasant and helpful! They represent Watts very well!

I have a yearly inspection they come out and do a great job. Take pictures of everything so it’s documented.

Jude was on time and spent time explaining everything. Very nice young man who was knowledgeable about the system. Would highly recommend him in the future.

Day one.....Nedd, did a great job. But, day Two..... I was still having trouble, no heat So I called the office back and they sent out, Hugo, Hugo knew just what the trouble was and went right to work to test the system. He found the problem in a matter of minutes. He then showed me the test results and said he needed to order a part. Then he showed me how to get emergency heat out of the unit. He said that this will keep me warm until the part gets put in. Thanks, Watts AC, and Hugo.

Hugo Diaz provided a review and recommendations for duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning at our place in Davenport today ( Feb. 6 ). He was very courteous, thorough and professional throughout. He was very patient in explaining his recommendations and why. As a result we are proceeding with both services early next week. We felt that Hugo was very honest and trustworthy and would recommend him without hesitation.

I don't know where Watts hires their technicians but I pray they don't change. This issue of ours started with the coldest air of the winter season. We completely lost our heat pump. To make a long story short the Watts technicians saved us from having to but and install a new system for about $20,000 as quoted by another contractor. Watts folks are professional, very knowledgeable, very experienced and well trained. The office people are the same. I've never had as good an experience as this was soly because of the high quality of the employees of Watts Heating and Air. Just outstanding in every aspect!!!!

We lost power during the cold front for over 8 hrs. When it came back on our heating system ran all day trying to catch up so I knew something was wrong. Called Watts and they were booked that day and the next but sent Raymond Deris out to fix the problem. He was very pleasant and professional. Explained the problem to him and he said it was most likely the heating box. Sure enough he was right, 2 of the 4 heating elements were shot. Luckily, they had the part back at the office so he went back to get it and installed the new box, problem solved!! Raymond even tried to see if it was covered under warranty since the unit was only 2-3 yrs old but he was unable to find out. He checked the rest of the system to make sure everything was OK before he left. Bottom line is Watts will be our go to company for heating and A/C, plumbing and electrical!! They did what they had to, to help us, did not try to upsell us and everyone involved were very friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend them!!

Raymond Desir did a good job of explaining why my nearly 20-year-old heat pump needs replacement. John Barber did the paperwork for the contract and payment and scheduling for the install--all done accurately. Aaron Nedd and Xavier Peterson together installed the new system. They worked efficiently and professionally. And cleaned up the area so well that you couldn't tell that work was done there. I'm very happy with the service from Watts.
