Inventing Better Comfort, One Service Call at a Time

My AC went out completely this morning—needless to say, I was concerned with the “feels like” temp to be 106 degrees this afternoon. Raymond, at Watts AC, has handled our AC needs multiple times in the past, and his attitude and results have earned my trust. He came this afternoon, and already has the AC working again (didn’t just give me the usual “needs Freon” comment!). I will continue calling Watts as long as Raymond is part of their organization! Thanks so much!

I have to wait and see if it is fixed. But Marvin was great.

It was late in the day when the AC at my office stopped cooling. I called Watts and they scheduled a tech for the next morning. Marvin Robinson was here first thing in the morning with a smile on his face. 🙂 After a bit of investigating, Marvin found that the drainage tube was clogged and got it cleaned out. Now all is cool in the world again, well at least in my office. LOL Plus he checked our system to make sure everything was working as it should. Marvin was very personable and knowledgeable, and I will be requesting him if we have any other AC issues. Thank you, Marvin.
