Called in the morning because my AC wasn't working and someone was at my house by 3pm. Thank you for the fast service. Within minutes of arriving Jose had diagnosed the problem and got me back up and running. He took the time to explain everything to me. A great experience and thanks to my neighbor for the referral!

Mr Jose' Rodriquez made a service call to our residence August 19, 2026. He serviced the unit in the attic and vacuumed it. I must point out that this was the second time this has ever been done. First time, it was Jose' ***** on his first visit about 6 years ago.. He checked the electrical box, and checked and cleaned the unit outside thoroughly as well. He also took photos of the unit in the attic as well as the outside unit and shared them with me. The unit is running great and the air smells fresh and clean. I was really impressed with Jose's thoroughness, work attitude and his politeness. Thank you Jose' for a job well done. You are an exemplary H-Vac technician and an asset to Watts Air Conditioning,Electric and Plumbing. Keep up the good work.

I called Watts late morning because my I received a message from my Ecobee thermostat (which went blank) indicating that there was a problem with my cooling system which is causing my thermostat to frequently reboot which may be due to my cooling unit not draining. By early afternoon tech Sha'nya Brinson showed up. I explained the problem and instantly she had an idea of what was wrong. She inspected the unit and her instinct was correct. The evaporator coil plan was extremely clogged with bacterial growth. She cleaned out the drain pan and flushed and vacuumed condensate drain line. Also replaced the high voltage switch which was old and damaged. She explained everything to me in layman's terms. It was such a pleasure having her service the unit. She is extremely knowledgeable, very customer friendly and had a wonderful vibe. She is absolutely the best service tech I've had in the 6 years living in this home. Please pass this along to Sha'nya as she is the best of the best. Thanks Sha'nya.

Cyle (plumbing) and Jose (HVAC) are outstanding. No one else could figure out the moisture and sinking in our floors. These guys spent hours systematically going through- and under- the house and found the issue. Honest, knowledgeable, great with pets. Would definitely hire them again!
