I had the most awesome service ever. Won the service tax named Hugo came out and inspected my AC after another company came out and inspected it and told me that I needed brain board but the other company recommended that I replaced the AC for $10,000 but they were discounted to 8900 being my AC was six years old. I called Hugo at Watts. He came out thoroughly inspected. The AC came in check the thermostat and told me the thermostat was bad. He changed the thermostat for me. Wish of substantial savings of $8500 which the other company was gonna charge me I would highly recommend this company and Hugo to come out and give you an expert Repair, which is both reliable and accurate. Thank you, Hugo.

Terrance from Watts AC came to service my AC unit, which I purchased from Watts AC in 2020. He was punctual and very polite. After he finished and told me that all was good, he gave me a suggestion on 2 parts I could add to extend the life of my unit. I was very glad to get that information. He also informed be about the yearly “member” price, which I had not been aware of before, and explained the particulars of that program. I decided to purchase the yearly membership. Terrance was knowledgeable, well spoken and did not try to pressure me into any decisions. I feel he is a very good representative for the Watts company.
