This post is long overdue and deserving.
I lived in Davenport, and now live in Keystone heights. we had watts replace our air and heating system in Davenport of 2024 because we had units installed by other companies, and needless to say they were substandard, equipment failures from day one of install. so in 2024 my wife and I decided to go with watts A/C. cant begin to tell you how well their A/C systems work. Very polite and knowledgeable also. talk about a breath of fresh air from the standard we got your money and your on your own attitude that most companies have once they establish a name for themselves. we love your professional service so well we are hoping you could come up to Keystone heights and make us Happy people once again. yes, you have our number in your computer. thanks again for you professional services!!!!!

Watts Air Conditioning repair technician Marcus Ford was very professional and courteous. He diagnosed the issue and advised the recommended parts/repairs needed. He then ordered parts and returned to complete the repairs within just a few days.

He was efficient and great at what he did. He told us what we needed to do and we're going to do that. He was a very congenial and was respectful to all of our needs

The job is not done yet it will be over week before its completed...can't get parts from carrier and a lot of miscommunication on some of it...with the installers.

AC stopped working. Called Watts and technician arrived within 2 hours. AC was restored within an hour. Great service.
