Our AC went down overnight. Called at 8:00 a.m. the next morning and Watts had two technicians onsite by 10:00 a.m. and had us back up and running by 11:00 a.m. Josh and crew were super professional and very friendly to deal with. Fair, honest, upfront pricing. We enjoyed the experience so much we signed up for Watts twice-a-year maintenance program to help eliminate any issues ahead of time. We also will be scheduling an HVAC ductwork cleaning (yep, they do that too) this fall. Jude was a very personable and professional technician from Watts. He explained everything he did as he went along. I had an inspection of the unit and he cleaned the coils, backwashed the system. He explained a lot of necessary tips and steps to take to maintain the system as operational and clean. He showed a sense of urgency to fix my issue. After completing the inspection, I found that the unit's capacitor was very weak. It would have made the compressor go if I left the old one; I wasn't aware of that. But he replaced it and cleaned my unit and taught me a few things. I was very happy with his service. I will use Watts now as my annual maintenance. Thank you, Jude.
